For a while, I’ve been wondering whether my ex as a narcissist or extremely immature. He wasn’t nearly as bad as many others I’ve read about. But he was very manipulative, he gaslit me often, and he love bombed me early on too. I left him…. But not before sending him an email telling him how I actually felt about the relationship instead of giving him the line, “It’s not you, it’s me.” It finally cut our ties.
