Funny enough, I’m not that distracted by social media. I’ve never felt that loyal to it and only made accounts 1 year ago to promote my writing. But, my problem is Netflix & Hulu. I absolutely love movies and shows. It is constantly on a loop from morning to night, on lunch, during work breaks, and when I go to bed at night. I love movies more than music and it gives me both relief and a dopamine hit. I’ve tried to stop watching but it’s hard, I feel anxious and sometimes sad if it’s not on!

I’m going to try the line thing and see what happens!
