I have heard of the positive psychological benefits that comes with cleaning and maintaining a clean space.

I'm not a clean person in any manner -- my biggest flaw and something I want to change. Part of it is a lack of consistency and some strange hoarding traits.

Anyway, great article! Would have loved to see the psych benefits more fleshed out!!
