I haven’t read your other articles but judging from this, it sounds like we’ve been in somewhat similar phases. I stopped writing and basically lost my identity after my last relationship. My mental health plummeted. And my healing journey has been very very slow, I barely started writing again last week after 8 months. Good job. ❤️
