I think I have both. I'm a millenial and I was initially more comfortable online in high school (with Myspace and all). Over the years, it reversed where I was uncomfortable with social media and was forced to develop social skills and people skills. Once I started reviewing books and writing, I was FORCED to start social media and become comfortable there.

I'm in that sweet spot where I have both skills due to the era that I grew up in. It's awesome.
