If they are making $19-20+, yes they probably should not be complaining. At $17 an hour, I think they have a right. I have seen the nastiest customers at Starbucks, more than any other place. And they make enough money ff of theri $10 coffees to pay their employees decently. I heard its all about the perks at Starbucks though. Flexible schedule for school, alternating weekends off (so everyone has a turn), and free coffee. But, the ones where you have to service a drive-thru AND indoors--I think they should be making more.
