Interesting article! There are tons of stories like this one! Another famous one is in a book written by a famous psychotherapist titled "The Boy Who was Raised as a Dog." The child was nurtured as a human baby until he was 1 and then a caretaker who ran a dog kennel took him in and basically treated him like a dog too, placing him in the cages, feeding him dog food, etc. So, the dogs actually took care of the child for several years until social workers found him. What is somewhat fortunate, is that dogs are very loving, nurturing creatures so therapists believe there is always some chance of children growing up to be fairly normal (as much as they can anyway).
