People are so wary of quitting alcohol, often rationalizing and making excuses. It’s only once a week. I rarely get drunk. I always exercise. But even that once a week adds up over time and it creates a range of health issues later on in both genders.
But the benefits of quitting alcohol far surpass the negatives and that logic should be more than enough for anyone to want to take a break.
