This story is wonderful and much different from the stories I've read. I feel like sometimes writers try to rush through (I'm guilty of this too) and get to their points which come off cold and sterile. This story doesn't. There's beauty in your details. And, the part about the ghosts and your family becoming one with the environment too... it's spectacular.
