You're absolutely valid!

I wrote this piece when I saw it opening weekend (completely forgot about it in my drafts) and I have seen and heard so much criticism since then, particularly about the length and direction of the film. For me, I love character-driven stories tinged in some form of mental health/trauma-related issues AND hand-to-hand combat so despite the plot-holes and length, this was right up my alley!
